Bubble Spell for Dispelling Negative Emotions


You Need: Some form of bubble mixter (home made or store bought) and bubble wand

Take your bubbles and wand and go outside. Take a moment to think upon what is causing your negative emotions (anger, sadness, anxiety, etc). When you are ready, simply start to blow bubbles and blow all the negativity into the bubbles to be returned to the universe. Watch them float off leaving you feeling light like the bubbles.



Keep blowing til you feel better, just don't blow too fast or you could get light-headed.

If you have children, the act of watching them chase the bubbles and try to pop them can help lighten your mood too.
